DESCRIPTION:September 10 is this month’s Astrophotography Special Interest Group meeting. \nThe featured presentation will be an overview of telescopes for astrophotography.  This is primarily a beginner-level discussion of the choices available in telescopes\, with an emphasis on their use in astrophotography.   \nAs always\, this will be a hybrid meeting\, with the in-person component meeting at the Railroad Building of ECIA (1 La Hacienda Loop in Eldorado at Santa Fe). SUMMARY:Astrophotography Special Interest Group Launch
DESCRIPTION:Santa Fe Stargazers Astrophotography SIG Launch Meeting\nThe first meeting of the AP-SIG will be Wednesday\, April 9th at 7PM to 9PM.  The in-person meeting will be in the Railroad Building* at the Eldorado Community Center (ECIA).  See below for a link to the online (Zoom) version. \nSince there will be a lot of “firsts” involved\, I can’t guarantee much of anything.  I have used the ECIA facility access system before\, so have at least some confidence that we’ll be able to get inside.  But any number of things could go wrong with the Zoom meeting.  Please be patient. \nI look forward to seeing you there. \nClear Skies\,\nGreg Marshall \n* The yellow building between the main building that houses the ECIA offices and the maintenance building. \nZoom Link: Look for it in our email announcement sent on April 8\, 5PM.
